This morning the whole family got up really early to watch me compete...I mean participate...in the Mission Bay Sprint Distance Triathlon. I survived the event and just may do another sometime. I even got to give the Babe a high five on the run course.

24 Hours of Adrenalin

This past weekend was our yearly trip to Hurkey Creek State Park for the 24 Hours of Adrenalin mountain bike race. Our team, stinkingweasels.com, did well but it's the kids who had the most fun.
